The world is much larger than in previous games, with multiple environments to explore. Graphics in Halo Infinite for free download are significantly improved over its predecessor, with more realistic lighting and detail. The game runs on a modified version of the Slipstream engine, which was used to develop Halo 5: Guardians.
It was released on November 27, 2020, as a launch title for the Xbox Series X and S consoles and is also playable on Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs.
It is the sixth mainline installment in the series and the first since 5: Guardians in 2015. Halo Infinite is a first-person shooter video game developed by 343 Industries and published by Xbox Game Studios.
